　　據(jù)臺灣《聯(lián)合晚報》報道,國民黨“立委”邱毅15日點名臺當(dāng)局前“總統(tǒng)府副秘書長”陳哲男、陳水扁家“御醫(yī)”黃芳彥、前“國安會秘書長”邱義仁、前“國防部副部長”柯承亨是“賣星星四人組”,涉入臺軍買官案。
